AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES AMENDING CHAPTER 151 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; REPEALING SAID CHAPTER 151 IN ITS ENTIRETY; ADOPTING A NEW CHAPTER 151; ADOPTING FLOOD HAZARD MAPS; DESIGNATING A FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR; ADOPTING PROCEDURES AND CRITERIA FOR DEVELOPMENT IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS; ADOPTING LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL, INCUSION IN THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
